I believe the server string for house owners already exists, see the House Owner Helper. And I know that With doesn't work offline, I told you to remark it in my last post
Of course, that whole part could be scrapped and replaced with an NPC called "Package Taker for Personal House 5" or somewhat that acts just the same, but has a standardized look.
