If the Police Officer walked into the arrows, it's his own fault. I, personally, don't penalize people for attacking any of my staff members or myself on my server, it's a waste of time. After all, police should be concentrating on enforcing the rules moreso than "Oh no, you hit me, now I have to jail you."
