Actually, it was. The Shogun was the highest rankiing official. by the time the Shogun came to power, the Emperor and Empress had no real power. Now, I lead a rebellion, win, im suppposed to be Shogun, and for some reason that eludes me, Ghost Pirate gives all power to Icehawk and Trueheat, and I am kicked out |
