A Chatbox on this forum isn't as easy as you'd think.
As said earlier, it's purely PHP, and you'd have to have:
A. A copy of the vBulletin software
B. Knowledge of PHP
C. Possibly a job at vBulletin so that they'd actually consider adding it to a release sometime in the future. |
