O.o I don't like the layout or anything about that
the only improvement I would like in the playerlist would be that you could , like here in the forums click on a smilie here on the side and then it would appear instead of like writing :megaeek or something like that

[edit]Why the HELL should there be a cheaters list or enemys list? when there is ignore , and if you see a cheater you report him , maybe you don't konidias but I do.[/edit]
