Oh great, all we need is more GMs. I think Zorro is enough, w/ his assistant of course. STAFF POSITIONS should be made for people who are good at them. Graphics people shouldn't be getting a GM position, levels people shouldn't be getting a GM position, scripting people shouldn't be getting a GM position, one exception of course, is if they are good at all 3 and are good with their people skills and can get the job done. Then of course, you have the perfect GM. Almost perfect, anyway.
Edit: And my reasoning for that is, why take the greatness out of a game when you can do graphics better than people skills, same with scripting, and making levels. People should really do what they are best at, and they should be great at it.
