For 2002 there should be a pipe NPC, as mentioned about thye idea that you get tired the longer you stay away from bed etc. well this could work simular. Well you use it it takes about 10 seconds to light it, and while your smoking you get tired at less than half the rate. than it takes 10 seconds to put it away. It would look nice and I think it would look cool. |
