Um my neighbor had this problem.... If you're using any free ISP (like Juno, NetZero, etc.) then it's probably not going to read any files when they get done downloading... If you have any neighbors that CAN get it to work, tell them you'll beat them with a stick if they don't burn it to a CD for you... Sorry.
Try restarting your computer.
