Even if ther eis no assistant admin, you should still have someone in line to take over your spot for any reason that you should leave. And dont put some new ET there, there are a few of us (Matt, I, DragonX too) who have been ET's for at least 4 months+. Get someone who deserves it and can do the job when you leave. |
