[Nishoku]

Those of you saying stupid, That's a very rude thing to say. It's like going up to someone and saying your name over and over again. It reflects what kind of person you are (stupid). It is actually a good point, and a good idea. I believe a PW should be monitored for 4 months, if its population stays below 10, It should be removed. All theese PWs with no population are just lagging the other servers, who actually work and attract players.
