The problem with complaints forum is this:
Some guy wants to upgrade his account, so he does a little browsing. He checks the forums and sees a "complaint" forum! So he goes over to it and sees all these reports about corruption and scamming. Now, do you think he will go "Gee loks good, Graal 2001, here I come!" or is he going to say "Oh wow, all that trouble for upgrading an account"? |
