i've done 95% of Eternal Destiny's outside levels...in my opinion a founder is someone that created the server. The owner has alot of work to do with the playerworld alone and is usually setting everybody straight and fixing alot of things but when thats not in action yes he/she participates in the making of the playerworld. |
