He can't change your FTP password because of a hacking event, setup RCs or correct current ones, its not his job.
Stefan Knorr and Portha are both (in my opinon) overworked. They need more people with the same powers as them to help make Graal a better place.

I'm almost positive galen has the same power stefan and unix has. Galen can change ftp passwords and set up RC's for players. I'm just not sure if he can do anything for the server though.... but other than that he can do just about anything.
