I think its a good idea too. You could put them at the Dustari gate, and the Zormite castle, and things like that, but we would need to put fencing all around the samurai's area, because unless the NPC was told to be in a specific spot in all the necessary levels, then ppl would miss it.

Also, perhaps if someone uses the NPC, then it could make the level that it is in into a sparring area, that would save against losing AP - which made RPing not so mch fun for me.

As to removing the signs, perhaps only Kingdom leaders could use it (as previously posted) and they could lay a max of 1, and then the kingdom woul go into "RP mode" or whever you want to call it. *shrugs*
