Make people craft them and then have another NPC finish the crafting off to kinda shape and shine things nice. Either that or sell a limited amount of them. To many hats are going around and some get restocked, which causes prices to go down. So only give out 30-40 of each and never anymore.
Backpacks, armor and wings would rock! |
