#1. If it is going to be a tropical island you need to make a beech instead of a cliff line...This will help those level connection problems...
#2. That house on top, the table up there needs to be fixed.
#3. You need to add some more grass items and make it look real, not just a few little grass thigns here and there...
#4. You really messed up with that house on top....so many tile errors below the windows....there are tiles in teh tileset that correct this, i know the bricks will never be alligned but there are tiles that could make it better...
#5. Take out those black tiles near water fall plz

Fix up these things and examine it for some more errors then fix again then I think it will turn out great!
