The company of the webpage was not sued for it, hackers can get in anything, your never safe. They did not 'share' it. It was stolen, the hackers shared.

Don't you have to sign a wavier before going on a plane? I've never riden in one, but I think you do. I know that I never signed a waiver for the release of my personal information.
