Cursor Problems

Alright, I'll explain this the best I can.
When I play Graal, and it doesn't matter what server I am on, but since I've gotten my GeForce 2 my mouse/cursor disappears from the screen when it drags over the Graal window.
Any ideas how to solve this? As it is really getting to me because I cannot select incoming PMs or close Graal without guessing where my cursor is.
