He deserves to be banned. But I doubt that would do anything, because another "person" would come along and do exactly what he did.

I am against censorship, but I am also against young kids being subjected to obscenitys that they dont have to see.

Maybe implement a system that disables your toall/chat/pm when you type a word that is not allowed, for a predefined period.
