First, i feel VERY sorry for you, according to the info u posted, your vid card is only a 4 MB one.... mine is ancient and its a 16 MB card...

Also, a new card isnt too expensive. GeForce 2 are like $80 TOPS and they are 64 MB cards. GeForce 3 is quite expensive, but it'll last you a long time.
Your light effects arent working cause your card does suck.. Only solution = get a new card. |
