The house isn't bad except for the balcony. Fix that so it doesn't look weird.
The level on the whole looks like you were trying too hard... "I gotta make it look random and natural," so it has a bush here and there, and a rock here and there, and a patch of grass and a little stone, but nothing is next to each other, so the effect actually works against itself, everything looks contrived because of it.
More importantly, it makes the level difficult to move through. Remember to be a pragmatic first and an "artist" second.
7/10, it's as good as anything else, level making is nothing special.
