Okay mr super smart please tell me how this system would work and how you would come about getting a minimum of 11 INTELLIGENT people for your "consulate" or government if you will. And then still maintain an effective army to defend your nation? Also if you plan on taking action on any other kingdoms how would you go about getting enough troops to Attack a kingdom while having a defense force. |
