Yes. Because you told me that he might not add only four Bogenera hats.
Stefan asked me how many there should be and I said four.. you said he might add however many he wants to.

If he asked me how many I wanted and I said four--in which he pretty much agreed--, then why, in any case, would he just go off and go against what he asked me?
