Okay..
Well it is pointless complaining to everyone else.
It's not the people with authority to change it...
Perhaps instead of promoting complaints, conflict, arguments, disagreements, and insults, you could go to a higher authority and talk to him/her in private about the situation.
It will be settled under quiet terms.
It's about time "someone" starts to change the mood of the majority of the players.. =/
