!#@$, I accidently deleted my text AGAIN before I could press the submitt button...(I had a few paragraphs of detailed stuff too!)
OK, dark side of NewMain being one of the alternate dimensions.
The portal being located in the clearing, near the big bush field.
This would provide material for Role Playing, classic good vs evil conflicts.
Varieties of weapons in this dark world would be vast. Of course there would be a dark, eerie look to this land. Monsters would roam around as if they were insects in the wild. NPCs would steal your money, your items, and sometimes, and MAYBE...your protection(as in your sword and shield).
