Usally I pick people I feel are fit (ones who host there own events just for fun not to get ET tag). If you want to ask though ask me usally ill say we arent hiring. Dont take it personally it just means the team is full. When a few openings come I usally post the requirements on the forums as they seem to always change. Hope this helps |
