It really wasn't that hard to figure out...all you do is replaced the places that say HEAD, SHIELD, SWORD, BODY, ATTRIB, with the real filename such as head1.gif,shield1.gif,sword1.gif,body1.png,hat1.pn g
However, the only way to change what is seen is by editing the gani in Wordpad or Notepad (or your text editor of your choice).
