Using patches for such things is lame, back in the old days I just used to change level links to staff levels and then just get all the staff weapons (On most playerworlds, Classic has always had protection on them and 2001 just hasn't got level with any), far more satisfactory and I even managed to get a staff tag on a few servers by saying that I was staff but hadn't got my tag yet.
