Ok, I'm going to tell you a few things real quick:

www.allgraal.com) has already started on an idea like this.[*]You need to remember: If you're going to plan an organized funtion, you need to plan first, get it layed out, then start working on it.[*]It'll be difficult to get all the playerworld owners to get along, so your best bet would to be get a few guys from each PW and peeps from outside the pw.[*]Get a website type deal going and keep updates, info, etc. on there for people to visit constantly.[/list=1]
There are other key factors in dealing with this, but I'll leave it at this for now.
