blue item is called "Transport" it plays the transport gani (the blue thingy) and you disappear.. so you're like invisible.. but your name and rating still show up.. an admin must have given it to him..
the feet in water is the diving tool, touch the guy underwater to the bottom right of the flat island in the little gully to the left of the mining town and below mt. antora
If you don't have it you can't dive in pearl diving spots =P
