WarCaptain has already made a boo boo releasing someone from jail that I jailed.
Once he learns the rules he might be pretty good but he needs to loosen up some (he pmed me telling me to stop harassing acidice because acidice sent him a pm saying I was bothering him when I wasn't even talking to him)
