We have put some better detection for adding
non-existing weapons to the gservers,
all servers that needed to be restarted lately
(because of hackers) have that better protection,
although many weapons use the toweapons command
in a wrong way so its some work for the playerworld
owners to fix it. In v2.1 it will be more secure,
only the server can add weapons.
