I think stefan did it because he needs to re-assign the levels to people that he can trust.. (because of all that has been happening)
The whole incident with craig and now loriel giving people weapons that they abuse is getting out of control. The question isn't "why is stefan not giving me ftp access" the question should be "why is stefan giving ftp access and high level rc to the wrong people or people that don't need it"
I don't even have RC and I have been making stuff for Graal that people use every day. But I don't think I need RC or anything although it would help me out if I had it.
You have to ask yourself is it ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL that you need a certain ammount of power? I can understand why the Account Reset team is so small.. imagine if the team had 4 or 5 people on it.. gee one decides to flip out and boom, tons of accounts get reset. Maybe Stefan needs to redesign the RC levels or make custom RC levels for certain people. (if they don't need the power to give themselves money and items then don't give it to them) That sort of thing.
