Im hiring for staff on Pandora, we are only hiring a few staff.
You must be able to do at least 2 of the following.
-Graphics
=Detailed, Animals, etc..
-Levels
=Multi-Themed (Japanese, Demonic, etc..)
-NPC's
=Scripting using NPC-Server commands
and very very detailed role playing activities.
You also have to have a clean record.
And hard working, NOT predisposed with other games etc..

You cant be working on other servers.
