When it becomes reliable, it might be fun to have a track go through the jail. "And on your left, inmates!" Make it totally impossible for them to get to the train and totally impossible for the tourists to get off the train, but just tease them with it.
Heck, maybe even make it secretly 2 different levels with no warp inbetween and/or just some spiffy NPCs mirroring train or inmates....naaah. |
