It's wrong of you to say "the police" I don't love them, I have nothing to do with the situation.. so it would be better saying "Craig" or something.. because "the police" get complaints because of one officer and the whole team gets blamed.. doesn't seem right..

About the Thugs problem.. If Craig will not handle the situation, talk to another police when you see them and see what they do.. That's all I can suggest.
