Maybe he just doesn't like roleplaying? Maybe some people don't like to pretend everything?
Isn't every videogame you play roleplaying? You're playing the role of some character whether it's some marine in quake, some fat plumber in mario bros., some athlete in sports games.. You take on a role in all of them. Obviously you don't know the definition of "roleplaying". :o
