Here's an easy way to make a race -
1. Get a good GFX person.
2. Have him/her do 5-10 different heads for your race.
3. Have him/her make a couple body PNGs that would be fitting for your race.
4. Submit those GFX.
5. When they get accepted go on graal and use them.
6. Start a guild with your race's name.
7. Get people to support.
8. Get a good level maker.
9. Have them make you a castle/base/whatever.
10. Get it on graal.
Voila! There is your race.
