So freeze the player to keep him from respawning. And once a war is over, that particular kingdom cannot attack the same kingdom for another day?
And I don't like the idea of reviving. You die, your dead. Respawning is one of the things I hate most about today's kingdom wars.
Of course, it's all wishful thinking and will likely never be done, but oh well.
