I really don't see why the reqs are so high... This is ET, they don't even get RC or warp! It's a pretty basic, simple job.
I was an ET for a short period (until Lycia fired me
) and I didn't have any experience, or any staff backing me up, but people enjoyed the events I held. That's all that matters.
