Timetable:
4:30am - Wake Up To Meditate
6:00am - Warm Up
6:30am - Eat Brekfast
7:00am - Train in KungFu
12:30pm - Eat Lunch
1:30pm - Back to Train in KungFu
5:30pm - Meditate
6:30pm - Sleep
We do that 6 days a week and then rest on Sunday
We also have intervals in the day to attend to our food and crops.
We sleep in a mud hut with a bed and light.
