Maybe if the Bomy Catcher finds sleeping bomy or lone bomy walking to daycare of park awhile own if offline he sends them to a Bomy Pound if this continues to happen for a 3rd time the bomy leaves the owner
1st time: minor warning
2nd time: bomy stays in pound for 2 graal days or maybe a graal week
3rd time: bomy is put up for sell at pound
Also if a bomy is in the pound a owner cannot retrieve it by saying "bomy o bomy"

and the owner has to pay a fee of 20 gralats, if the owner doesnt pay in such an amount of time it goes to a store
