You didn't quite understand what I said, They were warned, but instead of attacking Civilians we should have attacked a GIANT military instilation that the Japanese had, because they didn't attack civilians, they attacked a miliary base. Some civilians were killed, but there are always casualties in war, that cannot be helped. And don't say the cold war was a war without casualties, because a war is battles.
