the putnpc uses a txt file located in the levels folder..
and im guessing that everytime you use putnpc it downloads that txt file.. and if it is a big file it prolly takes longer to do the putnpc command ..

now what I mean by the startmessage its the news that pops up when you log on.. if you notice .. it only pops up once.. and when you upload a new one you need to do updatelevel on it .. so what im saying is the txt should needed to be updated level on so it knows its a new one.. that way it wont need to d/l a new one everytime you use putnpc just when its been updated..
