There was a bug with connecting to the server:
when the account didn't exist the server didn't disconnect
the player and displayed a message,
so the player was stuck in the loading window at
one heart not knowing whats wrong

I have fixed it, classic and npulse have already been
restarted and show the correct error message,
the other servers will be restarted in the next
few days (then the new rights system will finally
be the only system, pw staff accounts not converted
yet by the pw owner will have 0 rights)
