It's not necessarily that we're bothered by you making spelling and grammatical errors, we all do at some point in time. But when you're trying to make a point, or trying to change something for the better, it is best, and most effective, to act professional while doing so. People are more apt to listen to a well-written proposal on ways to change this game for the better than they would be to read, say, a bunch of capital letters shouting out buzz words and long-since-popular phrases.
If you want to change something, try to act intelligent, and things will have a much better chance of getting done.
