First let him follow you into a crowded area with alot of people, then when he gets near you, yell rape as loud as you can, THEN you do the ass kicking!!!
I've had sorta the same thing happen. The police dude told me that if I hadn't yelled rape, I could have been put in jail for assaulting the guy.
