What he meant was that most of the jobs require you to jam on a button for minutes at a time in order to get something.
Perhaps if it had a little more to it than just pressing buttons rapidly, then the jobs might be more interesting.
Perhaps jobs could involve using your mind to get the job done...thinking quickly, making hard decisions in a moment's notice of time. But remember that you can't make it TOO hard because of the younger players who play Graal.
