Whats wrong with the bait on Graal2k1?

Um stefan or whoever may know i have a lvl 3 bait (gold) but i still catch 1 pounders and stuff, i have never caught any higher than 4 pounds i think. I had the same problem when i had lvl 2 bait. Whats wrong and how can i fix this? |
