you are wondering like how to make things do things even if everyone on the server is not on. good example is like the birds on 2001.. So you are wondering how the birds and stuff still move even if there was no one on the server...
if this is your question then the awnser is
you can only do it if you have a npc server and the scripts are not clientside...
otherwise you would have to wait tell someone signed online |
